Our furnished home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Rosemont, a suburb of Sacramento, conveniently close to downtown, major highways, and local attractions. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the home have?

The furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for business travelers, families, and groups.

The master bedroom has one (1) king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has two (2) queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one (1) queen bed, sleeping a total of 8 people.

What is included in the furnished home rental?

The home rental includes everything you need to live away from home including:

Are utilities included?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our furnished home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period for our furnished home is 30 days, perfect for those looking for a comfortable temporary residence in Sacramento.

What are the payment terms and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your arrival.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, a 50% refund of the total rental amount will be provided.
